Now you know our secret, and the reason for my one-month hiatus: we went to MEXICO! No, not for a whole month. For a week, actually. On a boat. This one:
I have good news and bad news. The bad news first - we don't have a camera...
The good news - Nate has a phone!

Just kidding. I got that online when I Googled 'Cabo'. Which is where we went!
The best part of the whole cruise was definitely our purchase of the 'Ultimate Kids Package', aka UKP. This allowed us to get free mocktails, shakes, and sodas, wherever we went! It was awesome. I dedicated a whole collage to the UKP:
That was probably the main reason we each gained about 50 pounds, along with the AMAZING 5-star, 5-course meals every night, and this:
Plates, nay, platters the size of Texas at the 24-hour buffet. Which was surprisingly busy at 2 in the morning.
We thought it was going to be so nice to get away from school. But, like good little professional students, we can never quite get TOTALLY away:
It sure beats studying at a desk, though!
And in case you were wondering.... yes....
That happened. Little lobster.
(Which is something we ATE on the cruise. Yum!)
Also, in case you were wondering, we go to a Jewish school that celebrates Passover, which is TEN DAYS LONG. And that's why we booked a last minute 7-day cruise to Mexico. Thank you Passover!

Oh, Cami. You have no idea how seriously Josh and I considered going. I about went crazy trying to make it work. And then in a sad moment of reality, we knew that our jobs had to keep us here on such short notice (darn vacation days that we don't get enough of). I'm glad you guys had so much fun—we'll just have to plan another cruise for all four of us!
It it sure good that you both go to the same school so you can have holidays off together. Now if the administration would schedule your class time to be more consistent, you would be in heaven. Thanks for sharing your fun trip.
Another thought.... you spent Christmas Holidays in Oregon and Hawaii, you got away to ski in Utah, and took a cruise to Mexico for Passover. What is the next holiday? Where to next?
Some would say you live in a getaway city. Maybe staying in own bungalow is a getaway.
We are looking forward to coming to Nevada in a few weeks to enjoy some time with you as our getaway.
